• Estimated Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7-10 business days for ready-to-wear products and 10-20 business days for customized orders. This depends on the design and level of customization. Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can review your request promptly.

• Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. If a return is approved, any applicable return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our team.

• Delivery Partners

• Delivery Delays & Exceptions
