Shipping Policy

All orders are processed only after successful payment verification and receival of customization requirements, wherever applicable.

The time frame for deliveries is dependent on various factors such as product availability, customization, order quantity, and delivery location. Although we do our best to deliver your order within the expected time frame, there may be times when it might be delayed due to unforeseen reasons such as courier service issues, holiday seasons, weather, etc.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.

Customized Products

Every customized garment at Satrangi Pitara is created according to the measurements, fabric selection, design choices, and preferences shared by the customer.

Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews your selected design, fabric, and measurements before the cutting and stitching process begins. Every garment is handcrafted according to the details provided by you, ensuring your chosen design is brought to life with care and attention.

As each piece is made exclusively for you, we request you to review all measurements and customization details carefully before confirming your order. If a fitting adjustment is required after delivery, we are happy to offer the first alteration for free.

Minor variations in handcrafted details, embroidery placement, or fabric patterns may occur and are considered a natural part of the customization process.

Alteration Support

For products that are exclusively customized, in case of any necessary fitting modifications, we provide one free alteration service for eligible products.

If your customized garment requires an alteration, please let us know the issue in as much detail as possible. Mention the exact area that needs attention, such as the fit, sleeve length, blouse length, neckline, or any other specific concern.

To help us understand the alteration required, we encourage you to share clear photographs or a short video of the garment being worn. If needed, we may also request updated measurements. Providing complete details about the fitting issue allows our team to assess the issue accurately and ensure the alteration is carried out correctly.

Alterations must be requested within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges associated with alteration services.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customized Products

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange as they are created specifically according to customer requirements and measurements.

Our complimentary alteration service is available to assist with eligible fitting adjustments.

Ready-Made Products & Fabrics

Ready-made products and fabrics may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and unwashed

• Returned with original tags and packaging

• Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of any problems like receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Customers may be required to submit an unboxing video, which would include the intact packaging along with the shipping label and product for verification.

Upon approval, we may consider replacing or exchanging the item or giving a refund to the client.

Refusal of Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or failure to coordinate with courier partners may be treated as customer-initiated cancellations.

Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted, and re-shipping charges may apply where necessary.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders that remain unclaimed or unresolved for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned. In such cases, Satrangi Pitara reserves the right to cancel the order without any obligation to provide a refund.
